Pfeiffer Vacuum TMH 262 X S Turbomolecular Pump (PM P03 113) with TC 100 Controller – Agilent G3170-80062 for 5975 GC/MS

The Pfeiffer TMH 262 X S is the turbomolecular pump Agilent supplied as part G3170-80062 for its 5975A, 5975B and 5975C GC/MS systems. It has a DN 100 ISO-K inlet, a nominal nitrogen pumping speed of 210 l/s and a rotor speed of 60,000 rpm. Its hybrid bearing combines a wear-free permanent-magnet bearing on the high-vacuum side with an oil-lubricated ceramic ball bearing on the fore-vacuum side. This unit comes with its attached Pfeiffer TC 100 drive electronics. It is offered untested and as-is, as a repair or rebuild core, a parts source, or a candidate spare for labs running 5975-series MSDs.
