CWE TC-1000 Homeothermic PID Temperature Controller w/ Probe & Heating Pad Used

The CWE TC-1000 keeps anesthetized small animals (mouse/rat) at a stable body temperature during surgery, imaging, and electrophysiology. It heats with low-voltage DC and PID proportional control, so it doesn't produce the electrical switching transients that on/off controllers do. That makes it a strong fit for ephys and other noise-sensitive recordings. This unit comes as a complete working setup with a thermistor probe and a silicone heating pad.

Condition: Used / Inspected

The unit powers on. The LCD, the Temp Set knob, and the alarm indicator all respond, and the probe reads ambient temperature correctly (about 20.5 °C). The "TEMP ALARM" message in the photos is normal: the probe is at room temperature, which is outside the alarm band around the 40.8 °C set point. The enclosure is clean, with only light cosmetic wear.
