Automatic inline bottle cleaning and rinsing machine built by Acasi Machinery Inc. of Miami, Florida. The BR-15 sits directly ahead of a filler in a bottling line: it grips each container individually, inverts it through a heavy-duty pneumatic rotary actuator, rinses through the spray manifold, and returns it upright to the discharge conveyor — all under PLC control with no bottle, no cycle logic.

This machine solves the problem every liquid packager eventually runs into: particulate, glass dust, and manufacturing residue in incoming empty containers. Removing it inline, immediately before filling, is the difference between a clean batch and a rejected one — and it does so without adding a manual wash step or a second operator. Because the BR-15 needs no change parts to move between container types and adjusts by calibrated guide, changeovers are minutes rather than hours.

Well suited to pharmaceutical and nutraceutical tinctures, essential oils, liquid supplements, cosmetics, beverages, and specialty chemicals. Works with plastic or glass containers. Acasi still manufactures and supports this model from its Miami facility, so spare parts, change parts, and technical support remain available directly from the OEM.

CONSTRUCTION

• 304 stainless steel heavy-duty welded frame

• All product-contact parts stainless steel, sanitary, Teflon and Viton
