Cytiva (formerly GE Healthcare) ÄKTA pure 150L chromatography system in excellent cosmetic condition. Designed for automated protein purification, method development, and research applications in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and academic laboratories.

This system includes:

• ÄKTA pure 150L main chromatography system
• Frac30 Fraction Collector
• Dual pump configuration
• Multiple inlet, outlet, and selection valves (as shown)
• UV monitoring and integrated conductivity/pH capabilities (configuration dependent)

The ÄKTA pure 150L supports a wide range of chromatography techniques, including affinity, ion exchange (IEX), size exclusion (SEC), hydrophobic interaction (HIC), and desalting. Ideal for protein purification, antibodies, recombinant proteins, peptides, and other biomolecule separations.

Condition: This system was recently found to have some issues and will need some repairs.
