The Sartorius Stedim SARTOFLOW® Advanced is a highly automated, modular benchtop crossflow (TFF) system engineered for ultrafiltration, microfiltration, and diafiltration in downstream bioprocessing — concentration, buffer exchange, and purification of monoclonal antibodies, recombinant proteins, vaccines, and viral vectors. It bridges process development and small-scale cGMP production in a single skid: a 316L stainless recirculation vessel, fully instrumented feed/retentate/permeate lines, and automated transmembrane-pressure (TMP) control driven from a large color touchscreen. Predefined phase sequences (concentration, UF/DF, flushing, CIP, filling, draining, harvest) let operators run reproducible, hands-off protocols, while the ultra-low ~200 mL loop volume maximizes yield on small and precious batches. The system accepts both Sartocon® Slice and full-size Sartocon® cassettes, giving a wide 0.1–2.1 m² membrane-area range on one platform. This unit is a 2018 build and runs on 120 VAC / 60 Hz — no step-up transformer required for North American installation.

• Powers on and boots to the SARTOFLOW Advanced control software; HMI navigates through all Main, Actual Values, Phases, Alarm, Settings, and Calibration screens (documented in photos).
• On-board alarm history confirms completed production UF/DF runs (concentration/diafiltration) dated March 2024.
• No membrane cassettes, tubing kit, or process fluids included (consumables). Buyer to supply cassettes and validate before GMP use.
