The Logos Biosystems LUNA-FL™ is a highly versatile automated cell counter equipped with dual fluorescence and brightfield optics. Designed to eliminate the subjectivity of manual hemocytometer counting, this system delivers precise cell viability and counting data in seconds. It is uniquely capable of accurately distinguishing between live and dead cells even in complex samples like primary cells, PBMCs, or messy cell cultures containing debris. The intuitive touchscreen interface allows users to seamlessly switch between dedicated protocols, including Bright Field Counting, Dual Fluorescence Viability, Yeast Cell Counting (FDA/PI), and GFP Transfection Assays. An integrated side USB port enables quick and simple export of raw data and high-resolution images.
