AmScope Metallurgical Microscope 50X-500X Trinocular Polarizing w/ 10MP Camera

This AmScope Trinocular Metallurgical Microscope is a versatile, high-magnification imaging platform designed for the inspection of opaque materials, integrated circuits, and metallurgical samples. It features a dual-illumination design, utilizing both a transmitted (bottom) light source with a sub-stage condenser for translucent samples, and an advanced epi-illuminator (reflected) arm for opaque surface analysis. The reflected light path is equipped with adjustable field (FS) and aperture (AS) iris diaphragms, as well as drop-in slots for polarizer/analyzer filters to enhance surface contrast and reduce glare. Configured with Long Working Distance Metallurgical Plan (LMPlan) objectives, this system provides a flat, corrected field of view without the need for a glass coverslip. Furthermore, it is fully equipped for digital documentation, featuring a dedicated trinocular photo port, an AmScope FMA050 fixed camera adapter, and a USB digital imaging camera.

• Functional Status: Visually and mechanically inspected. The coaxial coarse and fine focus knobs turn smoothly without binding. The mechanical stage X-Y translation is fluid and precise. The push-pull trinocular prism slider actuates correctly to direct the optical path to the camera port. The iris diaphragms (FS/AS) open and close smoothly.
• Cosmetic Status: Very good used condition. The white enamel stand is exceptionally clean with minimal signs of handling. The optics, including the eyepieces and objective lenses, appear clear and free of major scratches or delamination.
