Engineered for the screening laboratory, the BioTek Synergy Neo2 delivers exceptional sensitivity and speed across every major detection mode in a single benchtop platform. Its defining feature is Hybrid Technology — a dedicated variable-bandwidth monochromator light path running independently from a high-transmission filter-cube light path — so absorbance, fluorescence, and luminescence assays are each handled by optics optimized for that mode rather than by a compromise design. With kinetic reading speeds as fast as 6 seconds, Synergy Neo2 is a workhorse in the HTS lab. 

This particular instrument is supplied in the NEO2MB configuration (monochromator optics + integrated barcode-labeled filter-cube reader) and comes with an extensive complement of filter cubes — fluorescence intensity, fluorescence polarization (FP), time-resolved fluorescence for HTRF/TR-FRET (including the classic Eu 620/665 donor–acceptor pair), and luminescence including a 1536-well cube. It is an ideal acquisition for drug-discovery, biochemistry, molecular-biology, and academic core facilities that need genuine multi-mode flexibility without a six-figure capital outlay.
