The Keyence VHX-950F is a high-resolution, all-in-one digital microscope that consolidates imaging, measurement, and reporting into a single self-contained station — no external computer required. It's a workhorse for quality control, failure analysis, R&D, and incoming inspection in electronics, semiconductor, metals, plastics, and medical-device environments.

This system is configured with the VH-Z100R wide-range zoom lens (100×–1000×) and the VHX-S90F free-angle motorized stand, delivering eucentric multi-angle observation: the camera and lens tilt around the sample while the stage rotates, keeping the point of interest centered without re-fixturing. The motorized Z-axis enables repeatable focusing and Keyence's real-time depth composition, producing fully-focused images of subjects that conventional optics can only render in part. The camera/lens assembly also detaches for handheld inspection of oversized parts.

On the analysis side, the VHX-950F supports calibrated on-screen 2D measurement, 3D profile and height measurement, automated image stitching, glare removal, and side-by-side image comparison — with results exported over USB or LAN for documentation.

Condition

Used / Inspected. The system powers on and produces a live captured image. Exterior is clean with light cosmetic wear from normal use. The supplied calibration scale's certification has lapsed (due 03/2022); plan for re-calibration if NIST-traceable measurement is required. Sold in as-pictured working condition.
