Engineered by ThermoElectric Cooling America Corporation, this system offers rapid temperature cycling and exceptional stability without the need for fluorocarbon refrigerants or mechanical compressors. It features a bright digital PID controller, USB connectivity for remote software monitoring, and an RTD selector switch allowing users to toggle between the internal sensor and an external RTD probe. To achieve its impressive sub-zero cooling capabilities, this high-wattage unit utilizes liquid coolant circulation to efficiently draw heat away from the internal thermoelectric modules.

Important Facility Requirement: This is a high-power industrial unit that requires 240 VAC electrical service. It will not operate on standard 115V wall outlets. Additionally, it requires an external liquid coolant source (e.g., tap water or a recirculating chiller) connected to the side ports for operation.

• Functional Status: Visually and mechanically inspected. The unit successfully powers on with 240V service. The front digital PID controller is bright and responsive. As shown in the gallery, the unit was briefly test-run and successfully drove the plate temperature down to -25°C.
