This unit pairs the IM-7020 head — the top-tier configuration with telecentric backlight, programmable ring-illumination unit, and light-probe capability — with the IM-7000 controller and an integrated 10.4″ touchscreen. A 1″ 6.6-megapixel monochrome CMOS sensor behind a double-telecentric lens delivers a 200 × 200 mm wide-field of view with a 0.1 µm minimum display unit, while sub-pixel edge fitting holds accuracy across the full field. • Powers on and boots to the IM measurement software; main menu, Single/Automatic Measurement, and Run modes all display and operate (verified on-screen).
• Measurement function demonstrated live during inspection — the system captured parts and returned width, hole/ring, hole-position, radius (R), and angle results.
• Calibration label affixed but past due. Recommend factory or accredited recalibration before use in a controlled metrology environment. No calibration certificate included.
• Cosmetically clean and well-kept. The factory "Do not touch / Avoid impact" notice on the optical assembly is original to the instrument.
• Glass measuring stage present.
