Life Technologies Ion OneTouch 2 & Ion OneTouch ES System

The Ion OneTouch 2 and Ion OneTouch ES system provides automated, high-throughput template preparation for Ion Torrent next-generation sequencing. This system automates the manual steps of the Ion PGM and Ion Proton workflows, including emulsification, PCR amplification, and enrichment of Ion Sphere Particles (ISPs). By integrating these steps, the OneTouch system ensures highly reproducible results and significantly reduces hands-on time for laboratory technicians.
