The proprietary plug-and-play design with rear electrical contacts allows for rapid installation into compatible EVOS fluorescence microscopes, minimizing handling and protecting the delicate internal optical components. The TxRed configuration is an industry standard optimized for exciting and detecting red fluorophores commonly used in cell biology.
